The UN Food and Agriculture Organization is now looking at insects as a new food source. Over 2 billion people supplement their diets with insects which are high in protein and minerals. They say the feeding of insects is cheaper than cattle and other meats and can be farmed in large numbers. Ham Radio Expert Brent Scott will be our featured guest at the top of the hour.
