Essence of a Lady presents...FEMALES are FABULOUS!Conference Essence of a Lady Inc. is an innovaive 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1989. Women and women entrepreneurs work collaboratively to help girls develop into productive and well-assured women. Our mission is to empower girls utilizing research-based educational programs and mentoring support. Our vision is ALL girls will be guided through high school with one-to-one mentoring from a professional woman. Our two signature programs work hand in hand. The YELL! mentoring program establishes partnerships with public, private, and charter schools at all levels to offer unique, combination mentoring programs comprised of weekly group sessions, monthly workshops, trips, and special events, such as this. The ELadies Network is a network of women entrepreneurs witha philanthropic twist: giving back to girls. ALL the women support the mission of Essence of a Lady Inc by volunteering, conducting workshops, facilitating weekly group sessions, and chaperoning field trips, sponsoring an event and/or girl for the event or year with a donation of money or products or services.
