Dr. Scott is President of On Point Consulting Group with 30 years of managerial and administrative experience. His areas of expertise include strategic and tactical planning, operations management, fiscal management and the creation of cost-effective solutions. Dr. Donnell Scott is the former Director of the Executive Master of Public Administration Program and faculty member in the Public Administration Department at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). During his tenure as Director, Dr. Scott developed international programs at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and The Republic of Liberia Civil Service Agency. Dr. Scott's passion for people inspired him to write the book entitled “Workplace Politics: Survive and Advance”. Students at NCCU requested that he write the book “in plain English” and clearly explain how to successfully navigate the intangible obstacles present in the global driven job market. Dr. Scott's area of specialty is Leadership. He received the Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science from North Carolina Central University, the Master of Arts in American studies from Seton Hall University, New Jersey, and the Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
