Having been an athlete I know why I did it and enjoyed it. Knowing many women who are also athletes has been amazing because many of the women I know who are competitive are amazingly tough and this weeks show several lady athletes will be sharing their stories. My sister Nicole Young and her crew who run to raise money for the Leukemia, Lymphoma Society just completed the Goofy a 2 day race held at Disney World 1/2 marathon on Sat, Full Marathon on Sun. Theyll be telling us their story. Allycia Mitchell 2nd Degree Black Belt and MMA competitor will also be on the show sharing her story. Only 20 and one of the toughest people I know. Lauren Pappas originally from Pennsylvania now living in LA, is a writer, athlete, trainer and a fitness model Amy Stratton athlete and competitive body-builder is also slated to come on. Hope to have a few other compteitors on as well to round out the show and tell you their story and how they got started. It will be enlightening, educational and fun.
